Ms. Chiny Liu founded Reliance International Financial Planners Limited in 1996 and has since built a loyal client base of high-net-worth professionals and entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience in wealth management, retirement and estate planning, and medical/dental practice incorporation.

Experience

Chiny holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. She began her career as a business reporter for the Hong Kong Economic Journal, and later joined a British-owned independent financial advisory firm, rising from Adviser to Director and General Manager, before founding Reliance International Financial Planners.

Mr. Godwin Lee brings over 20 years of experience in quantitative portfolio management, having successfully utilized proprietary data-driven models to reduce portfolio volatility and enhance returns since 2000. His expertise lies in combining systematic investment strategies with disciplined risk management to deliver consistent, long-term results for clients.
